Yeah, I can put together that he physically took over a factory and started building bodies.  It doesnt make sense to me that all the machinery that once made other things before they started building robots would be all wifi ready.

but jarvis controlled the factory, then ultron booted him out. also, a humanoid suit isn't that different from a humanoid body.

Yeah, but you dont need a robo butler to know your factory is building something.  It seems like a bad idea to not lock down your systems when a rogue AI supposedly kills your robo butler and check what else it has been accessing.

all right, fine! some guy named hank pym was secretly building a robot body in his garage and when thor killed ultron, his robospirit floated through the aether until it found this fancy new body. its first act upon waking was to kill the pym guy and erase all knowledge of him from every computer everywhere, which is why he didn't show up in the rest of the movie. are you happy now?
