In my early teens, Jaws 3 and Monster Squad were my favorite films, and I watched those tapes nearly every day. Now, Monster Squad still holds up (mostly) but Jaws 3 is a shameful memory.
You weren't into Star Wars at all?

1a. RAD
1b. Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure

I'm unsure when Police Academy IV came out, but I was a big fan of that as well b/c of the Tony Hawk cameo.

But man, Cru Jones and Wyld Stallyns were the ultimate.

back to the future.

And here we are, 20 years later and I am watching that film on bu-ray as we speak. *sniffle* What a beautiful time to be alive

At ten?   Probably a toss up between Return of the Jedi and Princess Bride.  As I got older, Empire Strikes back supplanted Jedi for me, but Princess Bride remained in place.

Actually, I really liked Star Wars too. I just didn't happen to have a tape of that to watch and rewatch over and over. But Star Wars would have ranked pretty high, sure.

That's a shame. :( When I was a kid my parents recorded it off one of the movie channels and I watched it endlessly, over and over.

I'm going to go with The Man with the Golden Gun. My brother and I were constantly raiding the Bond section at the local Blockbuster when we were that age, and that was the one we always seemed to watch the most. The likes of Balto and Cats Don't Dance also got heavily replayed by me.

If one were to move me ahead a few years, then The Rookie would've been my favorite movie. For quite a while I was unreasonably in love with that film.

I should note I didn't really start to watch movies (and become really 'aware' of them) until I was about 16 or so.

GoldenEye. Easily. The videogame for the N64 only deepened my love for the film. My favorite scenes:
1. Bond opens the closet. (thud)
2. "YES, I AM INVINCIBLE!" (liquid nitrogen shower)

Wow this has become an interesting thread.

I think I would have liked the James Bond movies when i was ten but there is no way my parents would let me watch them.
