Why aren't Mike, Kevin and Bill's heads in the poster? It's a different guy and some woman.
Who the hell are they? i would joke that the guy is "Josh Dumb as hell". but I don't know so I will refrain from assigning that name to him.
The woman's face looks vaguely familiar, but I can't place it.
Frances Mcdormand?

I honestly cannot tell if you guys are being sarcastic or not. In case your questions are genuine...

1. I'm pretty sure it's a young Mike's head. Maybe taken from his parents' photo album. Great move on Thrashalla's part.
2. Kevin's the red transformer. Look at the face. CGI Kevin.
3. Which leaves Bill as the blue transformer.
4. The woman is Frances McDormand, the latest Coen Brothers regular to get a huge paycheck acting in Michael Bay film. (If only she could join them as a guest riffer.) She appears perturbed by Teenage Mike.

Once again, great job Thrashalla! This is the most unique & creative poster in some time, imo.

Uh...aside from the Frances McDormand thing (it is her), I don't see any of that. That doesn't look like young Mike at all. CGI Kevin? The fuck? It doesn't look like him at all, and you really think Rifftrax splurged for CGI for a poster? Also, the blue robot is Optimus, which doesn't look changed at all, so it isn't Bill.
The only thing in that poster that is a Rifftrax member is Disembaudio as the Joe Pesci-bot.

Thanks but I didn't make the poster, that's the work of our graphic designer - Jason.  ;D

The dude is Shia LaBeouf and, as already ciphered out, the gal is Frances McDormand.

Did...did anyone really not recognize the guy as being Shia? Really? Were people so expecting to see the riffers that they didn't notice the guy on the poster was obviously the guy from the movie?

I guess I didn't expect to see Shia in the Rifftrax cover art... just seems like the least natural choice if you see where I'm coming from.

I see exactly where you're coming from.

Also, the picture of Shia is 100% clear, it's obscured a bit by motion blur. I haven't seen Transformers 3, so I wouldn't recognize that as a still image. I'm not a Shia expert, I haven't studied the contours of his face. Only teenage girls could identify that picture so quickly.

Word. Just be careful or he could start going NONONONNONONONONONONONO any second now... again.

I'm not sure I do see where you're coming from. The posters have used actors from the movie before. Once you get past the shock of not seeing the riffers anywhere, I would think the next logical guess is movie cast members.

I haven't seen the movie and I'm not a Shia expert, but I recognized him right away.

I'll have to come to terms with my newly-assigned identity as a teenage girl. I should probably start by shaving my beard and raising my voice by an octave or two.

With all due respect, you should re-think that.

And you're not a teenage girl. I don't want Transformers 3 of all things to cause a wave of gender identity issues. Keep your facial hair & your octave level.

Warning to everyone: If, during the viewing of Transformers 3, you should find yourself turning into a teenage girl, FIGHT IT! Transformers 3 videos have apparently been encoded with a signal that induces gender-related hallucinations in the viewer. That's just the side effect. The main hallucination transmitted to vulnerable viewers is that Transformers 3 is a great movie. (This hallucination technology was first tested upon viewers of Revenge of the Sith.)

Hell, I liked Transformers 3 but even I wouldn't go so far as to say it was great. It was enjoyable, and actually with the ratio of shitty to great movies that came out this year, I do believe Transformers 3 lies somewhere in the median. I mean, I'd rather watch it than Jack and Jill, The Smurfs, The Zookeeper, Real Steel, Twilight: Breaking Dawn, The Immortals, Cars 2, J. Edgar, Tower Heist, A very Harold and Kumar Christmas and Happy feet 2. And before you ask, yes, I saw all those fucking movies.

i have to disagree with you on cars 2 and harold and kumar. but yea transformers 3 is the lesser of a dozen evils.
