Loki showed up as the end of Thor and at first i thought that was a teaser for Thor 2 but I saw him in the Avengers trailer,do you think he is going to be the big bad everyone has to team up to take down. One thing is for sure he was an awesome villain in Thor and I would like to see more of him,but he does not strike me as the destroy the world just for the heck of it type.

You should read some actual Norse Mythology, that is kind of a thing for him.

I am talking about the character in the movie.  He was trying to destroy the Ice Giant home world to prove that he was Odien's son and not an Ice giant.  He really didn't strike me as the type who would just show up on earth and try to destroy everything(the only reason he went there was because Thor was there),I don't know I think there may be another villain in this film besides him.

I can easily see his failure and expulsion from his home realm leading to apocalyptic thoughts, myself.

My question about that ending scene was: Is he "possessing" the body of Selvig or what? Is he influencing him, is the guy dead and Loki has replaced him? The way it was shown just seemed very confusing to me.

Yeah the wait is killing me.  I know the Batman movie coming out next year will get better reviews but i am pretty sure I will have more fun watching this.

I don't get the appeal of skin-tight jumpsuits on women. Now if the zipper is down
to the navel, the appeal becomes clear, but if the zipper is all the way up to her damn
neck, then the sex appeal all but disappears.

If I were the costume designer, Black Widow would wear a low cut black dress, seamed
stockings and all the other gratuitously sexy stuff a woman would wear in a typical
spy movie.
