I learned that green galaxy invaders ain't no match fer sum rednicks ::)

I learned that this guy knocks Invader Zim out of the top spot on the "Most Incompetent Invader" list.

kjpod

I learned that Film Ventures International had no sense of dignity when scouting out films to steal footage from for its opening credits.

I learned that due to budget cuts, the town's police and sheriff were laid off months ago, but rather than let it out that they're a lawless community, the citizens invent ever more elaborate excuses for not contacting the non-existent fuzz.

I learned the Momma Redneck was a pro golfer back in the day.

Chimental

*I learned that lighting is not needed for a chase scene, or really any action scene.

*On the heels of that I learned that 'slightly jogging through the woods' now classifies as an action scene.

*I learned that the deaths of many citizens from a alien from outer space is not incentive enough to call the sheriff.

*I learned I could completely forget a character's name and from then on refer to him as, 'The idiot with a hole in his shirt.'

*And finally, I learned that when one is lightly tapped over the head with the butt of a shotgun, not only are they catapulted a good ten feet, from an entirely different location, but they also lose about 150 pounds and all their bones.

Also, hello. Long time viewer, first time commenter.

I learned that the Rifftrax crew could go an hour and twenty minutes without mentioning Trumpy or Pod People in any way. The hell?

I learned that apparently they have no knowledge of Invader Zim whatsoever. C'mon, not ONE Zim joke in a movie called Galaxy Invader about an incompetant green alien?

I learned that it is important to wait until after a disgusting hateful person has killed several people and a one of a kind alien before you kill him.

I learned that torn shirts are perfectly fine attire into town and a public place.

I learned that if you do put a button up shirt on over said torn shirt, it is important that the tear be still prominantly visible.

:highfive: (see second post in topic)

Now if you'll excuse me, I have a MIGHTY NEED to use the restroom... No seriously.

One question still begs to be answered:

"What in the name of hell is Moo-Ray Court?"
Yet another movie website - www.filmmonger.com

I learned that rural America, regardless of north, south, east or west, has the same group of rednecks living there.

I learned that I miss women wearing short-shorts and half shirts.

I learned that some infants never grow up, they just get taller and go by the name of "JJ".

Also, if the dumb guy with the floppy hat ruled that town, I should be able to at least take over the state.

I wonder when Omar from The Shield went on the lamb from Baltimore, did he stay in this town?   Omar could have handled the Alien and the old guy with the hole in his shirt "no doubt".

I think a shirt without a hole in it could have caused that Old Guy some trouble as he's spend  the whole movie creatively figuring out ways to get a hole in it.
Being a genocidal maniac is not one of my turn ons.

Is it weird to hear the Safety Dance in my head watching Game of Thrones?

Darth Geek

One thing I did not learn, and am VERY grateful that I did not learn. If the old guy's shirt has that many holes in it and he still wears it, how many holes does his underwear have?

"These men do not wear underwear." :)
"I get bored easily. I've been bored most of my life."

I learned that the alien is female, and has testicles (well, one testicle). So basically it's an hermaphrodite.

Where did they say the creature is female?

Now that I've actually seen the movie, after having only seen the portions out of context in front of Pod People, I am surprised that the ball wasn't it's egg. That was the impressions I got from that footage. Why would it be some kind of connection to the gun? Wouldn't it have been easier if it was just the creature's egg it was trying to protect?

Actually twice. Well once, plus one suggestion that that might be the case.

In one instance one of the rednecks says "All's I'm saying is, if it is a female I'm the only single guy here".
Then later: "David didn't realize it then, but this would be the first and last time he'd see a female naked."

Lemming Howard

After using google,  I learned who the hell Invader Zim is.  I also learned to say "Bucky Hart!" with unaccountable conviction.
And I'm worse than Hitler.
