Problems with the Live Show, er Showing

There was some talk early on of not making a DVD of this one but I think we convinced them that would be a foolish business decision there for reasons like this right here..

I'll believe there's not going to be a DVD of this event if a year passes without one.  Why wouldn't they, the hard work, the performance, is already done.

I think it's just a ploy to get as many people to the live show as possible and threatening no DVD release may just do that..

Still Waiting for a Reefer Madness Live DVD

Oh, and about the Reefer Madness DVD, it's coming out in early November according to the screen ads before the show.  I don't get the Live Show DVDs because I've seen all the live shows in person but the Reefer show was truly awesome so I might break down and get this DVD.

I just came back from TRYING to see the movie at the Rave theater in Los Angeles.  The manager came out and told us that the satellite transmission had somehow gotten lost between the East Coast and the West, and he offered everyone refunds and gently escorted us out.  It was quite sad, especially for the people who'd dressed in embarrassing costumes.  Was it just this theater, or did any other Left Coasters have a similar problem?

(Adding:  they said they might show it over the weekend -- I'd go again!, if I can figure out when!)

I don't know where that slide got it's info - it will, most likely, be November. But early November? No way. There will, however, be a different DVD for early November...

Maybe I got two different slides mixed up as far as the word "early" goes, but I definitely saw one talking about Reefer Madness Live Show and November.  Saw it twice, in fact.

I don't doubt that you saw them, I'm just saying - as the guy who authors the DVD's - the Reefer show hasn't been added to my priority list by the higher-ups yet. I'm aware that it is looming and is coming up soon but I don't know about the possibility of a November release. I mean, who the hell knows - it could get fast-laned and end up out by Thanksgiving. I just don't want anyone to be disappointed if that doesn't happen.
