..and while he's making Bloodrayne II, I must say this movie produced by him actually has me thinking that video game adaptations are not his calling:

Along the same lines, he's apparently directing a movie about the Holocaust - and while the trailer is disturbing as hell, it also - dare I say it - looks kind of good.

Link to that trailer (not work safe) is in this article: http://kotaku.com/5633631/nazi-zombies-auschwitz-and-uwe-boll

There alrady was a Bloodrayne II movie. I think it was directed by one of his assistants or something.

The only way I'm watching any Uwe Boll movies any more is if they are riffed (by Rifftrax or an iRiffer I trust)n or I'll watch the That Guy With the Glasses review.

I think it is possible to see a trend of his movies getting better as time goes on...I did think "House of the Dead" was unwatchable, while "In the Name of the King" is simply mediocre.  Will he ever make something I can watch and say, "Hey, that was pretty good?"  Maybe.  But he's taken way too long to wise up for most theater-going audiences to care.  Unlike Tommy Wiseau, who pretended he was making a comedy all along, and the Selter/Friedberg duo, who could USE Tommy Wiseau to direct their scripts, I think Boll does realize people don't put up with pure, unadulterated crap for too long, and I don't think he wants to remain "The Ed Wood of Today" forever.

Wait a minute...am I actually DEFENDING this guy?  Man, I'm getting soft in my old age... ;D

I don't know who it was directed by, but it does exist. I've seen it. It was mysteriously set in the Old west, which means that it still hasn't covered the plot of the game- that of a vampire fighting Nazis.

Faust

Uwe Boll is working on Bloodrayne 3 that will be about her fighting Nazis. I'm actually a fan of Uwe Boll's here are some ones that some of you might like

Tunnel Rats : Veitnam movie

Postal based on the cult video game also starring Zack Ward who played the bully in a christmas story, it's quite funny and a blast to watch.

CrowTRobot, Axnollouse and I watched his new movie Rampage a month or two ago. It's actually.... not...

I still have moral objections to admitting that Uwe Boll is capable of producing anything but complete shit, but if I'd seen Rampage without knowing Uwe Boll was involved I might have said I liked it. I've heard the dialogue is almost entirely improvised, which may explain why it's so much better than usual.
