As long as progressive means "completely unoriginal and devoid of depth" and the high praise heaped upon the work is entirely based upon it being nice to look at.  In this sense, Megan Fox is a progressive actress, and The Hills was the most important television show of the last 10 years.  It is truly a bold, experimental piece of work, keeping in mind that crystal meth and fat substitute Olestra (which brought the phrase "anal leakage" into our lexicon) were also the results of experimentation.

And in that same sense Slumdog Milliionare is progressive. I hope you die if you disagree, Slumdog has the same generic plot and character flaws.

Actually, if this is an example of the vitriol that will be in the final product, then I might just skip it.  I don't want to spend $4 to listen to 3 guys with anger issues unleash on a movie I'm probably going to find boring anyway.

I dislike the unreleased product as well.

Yeah i am starting to have second thoughts too.  I don't want to spend $30(movie plus Rifftrax)only to have to listen to another Episode 1.

Also i don't understand all the hate Avatar gets,it's hardly the worst Sci-Fi action movie ever made,and it's not like Sci_fi movies don't ripp their plots off of other movies and book all the time any way.

Went ahead and called RedBox to check on the April 22 release date and..
YES! IT WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THURSDAY APRIL 22!!

Turns out that there is an agreement with the rentals and Warner Bros movies for that month wait but Avatar is Not a Warner movie!

Netflix is the one who made the deal with Fox.  That is why there is a one month delay.

Redbox hasn't made a deal yet.  That is why they will have it on the 22nd.

Yeah but as I understand it the movies companies told Netflix that their they make the 30 day deal or they wouldn't let Netflix have any movies any more ever.

I guess just this once it will not hurt.

Don't worry.  Netflix will never find out you were with another video rental service.  What Netflix doesn't know won't hurt it.  And besides, It's only considered cheating if you keep the Redbox movie out for an extra day.
