9. Aileen Wuornos (Charlize Theron) in Monster

Really?  Was she scary when that first guy - the serial killer - had her tied up and was going to rape and kill her? Or when she gave the one nice guy a hand job because she was only looking for assholes?  Or when the cop blackmailed her into sex in the squad car or jail?  Sticking to what was in the movie as to what's been said about the case against her....there's worse.

Brando in Apocalypse Now, for example.

Pazuzu (also not really a villain in the real world, more like a useful but dark aid to those in trouble, especially if the trouble involves childbirth and really little kids, he gets a really bad rap based on that film).
