I learned that Carlisle and Bella have more chemistry in the scene where he's stitching her up than Bella and Edward have in both movies combined. Bravo to Ice on Mars for pointing this out in their riff.

I realized that the truck Bella drives is very appropriate. She is a dummy.

Bella has incredibly good eyesight. She recogniozes Sam from 200 or so yards away (in the scene where he and his posse are cliff diving).

I didn't recognize him (or Quill or Embrey) sitting 2 feet away from my monitor.

Well I recognized them by their outfits, since they make great pains making sure you know they dress differently, but I definitely couldn't tell them apart. And I couldn't, actually, even recognize the outfits if it weren't for the optical zoom. So I agree.

I learned that teenage girls prefer freakishly rail thin, pasty, poofy haired metrosexual guys over tall, dark, madly ripped, handsome guys because vampires are supposed to be sexier than werewolves.
Being a genocidal maniac is not one of my turn ons.

Is it weird to hear the Safety Dance in my head watching Game of Thrones?

Yeah, but, in Robert Patinson's favour, and something that wasn't edited away for his character in the movie, he does have hair on his arms and chest.  That's masculine.  That's a positive....

Well, in the wolf pack's defense, Native American men grow very little to no body or facial hair.

Some women, like me, find excessive hair unattractive though. :-\

So you wouldn't be 'Team Jacob' in his wolf form, eh?   ;D

I can't wrap my head around any woman wanting to spend any time with either of those creepy stalkers.

Don't know much about women, huh? Watch a few daytime talk shows. Those women LOVE creepy stalkers.

Yes, but, Scribblesense, Cosmic Muse, independant of what you find attractive and the characteristics of men of other races, the point is, no matter how poof-femmy the character is, the special effects department decided to keep his body hair unedited, or, the director didn't ask him to shave or wax his arms or chest, which, is a positive, to show that he's not as girly as he could be.  Furthermore, I think he was smooth in the books....

I'm just saying, he's effeminine looking, but, it could be worse in that department.

AND, I shall post a positive here (though, it's not really the point of this thread):  I learned Pattinson can do a non-regional American dialect without Walkening! ;D

Was Jacob stalkery?  Granted, I haven't read the books, but in the movie I thought he was a nice guy who got taken advantage of by Rebound Chick who used him to fix a bike for her, led him on, let him protect her, then told him she could never like him as much as the creepy pale stalking emo dude who abandoned her for months.  If anything, Bella stalked him with all her phone messages and finally coming to his house looking for him rather than get a fucking hint.
"Did she just say Chipping?"
