16.Citizen Kane - (1941) - 69 points
(4 of 24 lists. Highest ranking - #3 LucasM)

Directed by Orson Welles
Starring Orson Welles, Joseph Cotten and Dorothy Comingore

Place on 09's list: N/A
Place on 08's list: N/A
Last year's #16: Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom - (1984)

Synopsis:

"Multimillionaire newspaper tycoon Charles Foster Kane dies alone in his extravagant mansion, Xanadu, speaking a single word: "Rosebud". In an attempt to figure out the meaning of this word, a reporter tracks down the people who worked and lived with Kane; they tell their stories in a series of flashbacks that reveal much about Kane's life but not enough to unlock the riddle of his dying breath."

Another one I voted for.  It is my favorite movie but after seeing how well they did with Casablanca I would like to see them try Citizen Kane.

Upon returning to civilization, our brilliant doctor is ruthlessly pursued by The Abomination -- a nightmarish beast of pure adrenaline and aggression whose powers match The Hulk's own. Doesn't seem to be. The only DVD release was from Columbia, so they likely have the rights.

Honestly, RiffTrax or no, I really do not want to have to sit through Temple of Doom again.  It is such a horrendous film that I don't even think a RiffTrax could make it bearable.  I hope they never do it.

So, you hate all my favorite movies, huh?

I doubt if I hate all of them....  ;)  [But if I have made comments dissing a number of your fave films - by the transitive property - chances are you wouldn't be able to stand quite a few of my faves.  No biggie: just different taste.]  No 'personal dissing' intended.

Oh, I know it's nothing personal, don't worry. It's just sort of shocking, I guess?

Many of my friends my whole life haven't liked the music that I preferred, so I think I'm just used to being 'out of the mainstream' with some of my entertainment preferences.  ;D

17. House of the Dead - (2003) - 66 points

This is the movie that Dread Central made a Rifftrax style Splattrax. That is how I first learned about Rifftrax.

I dearly love this movie! I think it's everything you could expect from a live action Hulk movie, great action, excellent CGI, good acting, great villain (seriously, Blonsky is the best character in this movie! He's awesome!), and as smart as it needs to be. It is not only great for what it is, but a major accomplishment for what it isn't, a mindless Bay-ized idiot-fest that it could have been after Marvel got burned so bad trying to make the last one too smart for it's own good, failing miserably.
It would make a wonderful Rifftrax, though. Just like Iron Man and The Dark Knight.

I also love that it gives me another chance to pimp this

Great Minds think alike.  I liked The Incredible Hulk more then Iron Man.  It's one of my top ten super hero movies.
