While the "Gary Unmarried" and "According to Jim" jokes have been done to death as well as the "Daddy Day Camp" jokes.  I will never get tired of "BONESAW IS READY!" jokes.

Ditto!  Couldn't agree more!
"Did she just say Chipping?"

I think my favorite was the Hagrid entrance scene. "BONESAW IS READY! To be the father you never had."

I agree with some that have been mentioned already, and here's a few more I liked at first but grew pretty old.

Baconator
John Goodman jokes

Yeah, fat jokes in general are reaching a Leno-level lameness. Goodman jokes would be funnier if they referenced The Big Lebowski. So many opportunities to say "You're out of your element!"

I like the fat jokes... you cuz you hafta have fat jokes.  Usual suspects of course being John Goodman, Horatio Sanz, and Jorge Garcia.  But I think they could take a tip from Conan and go for Kirstie Alley.   :D

ShadowDog

I'm fat as hell so I LOVE the fat jokes!  Heh.
"Did she just say Chipping?"

I love Rifftrax but I gotta say it - enough with the gender and transphobia jokes

Seriously they're just weak fall backs that add nothing.  They guys (and the other writers) are funnier than that.

I have friends who are one more "That's a boy?" line from quitting ever watching Rifftrax again (I know I can't show them High School Musical since those jokes were all over that one)

What if they're doing what Randy Newman was doing with his song "Short People"?  Mocking the people who hold those views, not expressing those views themselves?

If they did those jokes occasionally then maybe you'd be right.  Except they are in every single riff (and many shorts).   I'm not saying that they're done with malice, they're just overdone.  Making the same unfunny joke time after time doesn't make it funny.

Just finished High School Musical. Great Rifftrax...

But I'm officially sick of references to the Numa Numa Guy.

deimosmasque

Yeah the Numa Numa Guy is too old; although I loved the Double Rainbow hatred that was done in High School Musical; that meme needs to die now.

I fully agree, which is why I loved that bit!

A Pair of Ragged Claws

I think the only things I'm getting sick of are the "bleeped out" jokes. Where one of them goes on a swearing tirade that gets censored with a loud and rather obnoxious series of bleeps (that seem way louder than the rest of the audio). I wish they'd either just stick to jokes that don't need to be bleeped, or offer uncensored versions of the files for download.
