I learned that I can watch every season of House and still not recognize Jennifer Morrison when she does her hair differently.  :-\ Oops.

I learned the same thing.  I had to watch the extras before I recognized her.

I only recognized her because she so rarely does movies I was all like "OH YEAH!  Got some hawt hawt Jennifer Morrison action in this new Star Trek movie!  YEEEEE HAAAAAAAW!"

And then she only gets two fucking minutes of screen time!  Grrrrr.
"Did she just say Chipping?"

Doctor Who?

I think they make something like 24 new episodes of house a year so she can't have that much free time to work on movies.

She can now. :( Although I hear she's going to be on Broadway in the spring. I actually was never a big Cameron fan, but JM is a good actress.
"There are no ordinary people. You have never talked to a mere mortal." C. S. Lewis

Bring back Bridget!

Just now getting around to this one. So far, I've learned that this DVD's a bitch to reauthor.

What a waste of hawtness.  Broadway is for average looking to ugly people with great voices.

The "Beer Tap" for the warp drive doesn't have appropriate guards.  At least not for occupational and safety agency (OSHA) standards...I'm assuming of course.
And I'm worse than Hitler.

I learned that the Occupational Health and Safety Administration changed its title in the future  :D

Also, I really miss Pike's "Yes/No light" chair.

Eric Bana looks more bad ass without hair than in any role I've ever seen him in.
And I'm worse than Hitler.

I learned JJ Abrams learned from other successful series.  The enemy ship is a cross between the Jupiter Mining Corporation ship Red Dwarf and the evil Shadow ships from Babylon 5.  Brilliant!

I KNEW THAT SHIP LOOKED FAMILIAR. I even thought it was from Babylon 5 even though I couldn't remember what race it was from.

Simon Peg was in The Long Game.

Deep Roy was in The Talons of Weng-Chiang.

Oooh I didn't know the little alien guy (aka Scotty's wife) was Deep Roy. Cool.

I learned that Spock would be concerned about people thinking he was playing favorites by having Uhura assigned to his ship, but apparently has no issue about hooking up with her.

I also learned that Captain Pike is dead sexy...rawr. :-*

I also learned that I should probably avoid any forums on here where Star Trek, Star Wars, or Sam Raimi fans gather.

Transformers related threads are often pretty heated (I am partly to blame), as well as political and religious threads.

I learned that thinking too hard about what Spock Prime might or might not tell the Federation about the future in order to avoid the problems faced by the crew in the series and movies will come this close to shattering your mind.

I learned that the shiny floors of federation star ships aren't slippery at all.
And I'm worse than Hitler.
