Just wondering how many people could actually bring themselves to purchase and KEEP this movie in the name of Rifftrax fandom. :^)

I bought it.  Personally, I don't really see what the fuss is about it.  Sure, it's a pretty lousy movie and it's got Britney Spears in it, but I feel that it's certainly not the worst movie that Rifftrax has done (Hello Cocktail!), and it only cost a couple of quid.

Ha, ha! Goofy foreign people and their goofy foreign money!... <just kidding!>

There's no option for me in that poll. I refused to even buy that thing for 5cents online! Instead, i made our downstairs neighbor rent it after work one night. Of course, after seeing the underwear dance scene... i might buy it for 5cents~  ;)

I rented it.
Brought my wife with me so it wouldn't look so bad. Still felt silly, but its all in good fun and who really cares what the rental clerk thinks anyway.

I got it via Netflix for the first viewing and watched it twice over a weekend. I'll probably end up buying a used copy at some point, just to re-author it. I also fail to see what the big deal is, it's not like your buying genital wart ointment or something worthy of being embarrassed over.

Yeah, that's right, I bought it. Big whoop! Wanna fight about it?

;)

None of the above. I'm saving Crossroads for when I've watched all the others that are available.

Buying these horrid movies used via Amazon.com is the way to go.   I mean, rarely have I paid more than $2 for a DVD.

Agreed! As a solo effort, I'd place it right behind Roadhouse.

You gotta be careful about that, though.  I've bought all my copies from Deep Discount DVD; they're new and guaranteed.  The one copy I did find less expensively used on Amazon (Firewall) had a couple of glitchy places, which made it difficult to keep the Rifftrax in sync.

Okay, so who's going to actually admit to downloading/stealing it on a public forum? I could understand not wanting to actually buy this one, though.

I used to work in a public library and someone donated it there. The library was going to sell it, but Pages (and ex-pages) get first dibs sometimes. I got it from one of the lesser librarians with a discreet "don't tell" warning. I guess that's sanctioned stealing.
