I was one of the ones, who obtained Crossroads, by NOT buying it.

I had enough pain of paying for this movie on opening weekend(to see how bad it actually was) and since I see everything.

I couldn't bring myself to buy the DVD even if you can find it at Walmart for about $5

I've said it before but I don't think I'd ever be embarrassed to buy any movie.  I might be pissed off to pay for such crap but never embarrassed.

You realize that people buy hemorrhoid cream, tampons and medication for their jock itch and yeast infections, right (hopefully not the same person  )?  How much more embarrassing can "Crossroads" be?  Although, I think it'd be great fun to buy a a tube of antifungal, some tampons, a box of condoms, some yeast infection medication, hemorrhoid creme AND Crossroads and see the checker's reaction.  You boy's should try that.

I once went into a place and bought some rope, a knife and duct tape and figured the checker would wonder what the heck I was up to. She didn't even bat an eyelash. I really don't think they care 9 times out of 10.

But that because the checker wasnt me. I would have figured it out.  plus im suspicious as hell.

working with computers, you get close to a lot of zip ties, youd be surprised how versatile they are.

I've got huge bags of zip ties too.  I think with zip ties, a leatherman and duct tape you can pretty much build or do anything.

Incidentally, Crossroads just popped up in the local Walmart's $5 bin. Probably other Walmarts as well. Don't know if that makes it EASIER To buy, but it costs about what it would to rent it. :^)
