Sorry, no.

As for the clue clarification: Nope.  What I mean is that there is one character that actors in the movies have all played.  10 actors, 1 character.

Is #1 The Other Guys?

Yep.

Extra clue: the reasons I said "The big screen" and not "movies" is because two actors played the character in film serials.
