Wait a minute....WHY, if it's called, "The Neighbor's" and takes place in an appartment building, does everybody seem to be in an office...especially in the theme?  I don't recall Melrose Place or 227 having a desk and computer in front of everybody....

Yeah, at first I was thinking they might be cubicle neighbors and the title was kind of a sardonic reflection on how much time we spend at work . . . then I read the synopsis of the plot where it says they live in an apartment.
