Stay tuned to the RiffTrax website in coming weeks for the imminent release of six new additions to the RiffTrax DVD library. These brand-new DVDs feature Mike, Kevin and Bill riffing to five classic films as well as the latest addition to the popular RiffTrax Shorts collection.

Carnival of Souls
House on Haunted Hill
Missile to the Moon
Plan 9 From Outer Space
Swing Parade
Best Of Shorts: Volume 2

Best of Shorts Vol. 2 features the following videos from the Riff-Vault:

One Got Fat
Lunchroom Manners
Each Child is Different
Why Doesn't Cathy Eat Breakfast/Petaluma Chicken
Act Your Age
Harm Hides at Home
Coffeehouse Rendezvous
Are You Popular?
Good Health Practices

As with all RiffTrax DVDs, there's no need to synchronize or deal with a computer--just pop the DVD into your player and laugh!

Bonus: On June 16th, all ten of the RiffTrax DVDs (these six new releases plus Shorts Vol. 1, Little Shop of Horrors, Reefer Madness and Night of the Living Dead) will be available at a fine retailer near you (yes, we mean brick-and-mortar)!

Anyone know anything further? I realize this is an official announcement with no dates listed, but does anyone have an approximation? Will all 6 be released the same day? Any "specials/discounts" for fans that order a bunch of them?
Thanks, Stu.

I know it probably won't happen, but I'd love it if the "Missile to the Moon" DVD had both the 3-riffer and the Mike/Fred Willard commentaries. I recently rewatched the Fred Willard version, and have to say that it's one of my favorite RiffTrax to date. (Have the 3-riffer version, just haven't watched it yet.) It's a unique entry in the RiffTrax canon, and a meeting of 2 true giants of modern humor. Surely that's worth a second audio track?

If we had a date we would've mentioned it   I think they will be the same day, though, and I'm sure we'll have discounts if you buy all 3 of the next DVDs, just like we did with the first 3.

I love Rifftrax dvds!

Are they gonna come with songs on the menus like the last ones?!  I laughed about as hard at the songs as I did at the riffs....

...definitely enjoying the songs.

[torgosPizza]

Yep and we're also going to be selling the songs individually or as albums. Stay tuned for more info on that.

Hmmm. Wikipedia says the release date in June 16, 2009. Wonder where they got that?
