Unsurprisingly, I found Volume 6 to be an outstanding and fitting conclusion to Scott & Ramona's story. The callbacks to earlier books were neat regarding Scott/Kim and Stephen/Joseph. It's hilarious to think that Stephen's boyfriend is the male equivalent to irascible Julie! So awesome, and the parallels drawn between Ramona and Scott's past relationships was a masterstroke, too. Additionally, the Scott/Kim kiss, Ramona/Scott/Gideon showdown, Scott seeking casual sex, NegaScott, and quite possibly my favorite part of this volume...the memory cam....

Knives: ur so hot & sexxy
Scott:  o hey thanx

Envy: omigod ur like, such a stud
Scott: yeah totes

Great work, Scott, and cannot wait until next weekend!

This sums up why I love this series...

"Cartoons, video games, comic books, action movies, music, girls: this is basically all I ever loved packed into two hours. "

And if I couldn't be anymore excited for Friday, here's this morsel...

"There's not one moment in the entire movie that isn't shot or edited from a "never quite seen that before" perspective."'

Goin to see this tonight! A friend has 3 advance screening tickets, each admits two people. He's selling them to me for $40. So not only will I see it early, but for less than a normal movie ticket!*

*Assuming I can find 5 other people. I'm at 4 now.

FLOCK of RABID SHEEP?!?!

I'll go...except I live in colorado and start my job tonight :(

Damn, looks like the only theaters around here aren't going to have a midnight show. This would be the week I go on vacation to a less theater packed area :(

Oh well, I've been waiting over a year. I can wait a few hours more.

Kete

I'd be going to a midnight show, but my wife really wants to go too.  Looks like I have to wait till we can get a babysitter.

spaceforarent

I'd be going to a midnight show, but I already saw it  ;D

FLOCK of RABID SHEEP?!?!

Okay, I am NOT a comic book guy at all, age 47 so I am probably not their target audience, and the previews to me looked REALLY stupid.   However, people on this forum who's opinion on things I respect REALLY seem to like it a lot.   So, I guess I gotta give it a shot.   I may wait until Netflix though.
