Annual fee went from $75 to $136, not to mention the $20-$25 monthly fees I'm already charged and I don't even use it that much to justify this kind of an increase!

I have and they are all around the same..
I think I finally got this resolved The merchant specialist noticed there was some compliance thing I didn't complete back in June (I was in Mexico then) so a fine was tacked onto the bill. Also, he reviewed the amount I used the service (which wasn't much at all) and reduced my annual fee to $50 and also the monthly fees by $5 dollars to help out. All I need to do is complete the compliance requirement and contact the merchant specialist informing him it's complete and I will get refunded the difference ($86) back to my account
