Quiptracks Ep 101 Purchase Problem

I've just bought Quiptracks Ep 101 (my first purchase on this site since the big update), and I got the PayPal receipt and two copies of the RiffTrax purchase confirmation in my email, but no download link. It's also not listed in my Files page. My Order Status page lists the order (#1197454343) as Pending.

Edit: For future reference, the next time something like this happens, should I send an email to the support address first?

Edit2: Never mind, the email and file listings have arrived. Sorry for assuming that there was a problem.
