incorrect file URL issue

So I got the "You have attempted to download an incorrect file URL too many times" message. I've emailed support and am waiting to hear back, but: does anyone know what this means or why it happens? I was having issues with a download at the time-- it kept stalling out about halfway done-- so then I'd have to restart it. But I've had that issue often in the past, and I never ended up getting riff-blocked like this before.

Granted, the site seems vaguely different from how it did the last time I was here. New software problems?

Basically, once it's resolved, how can I keep this from happening again?

(And man, I just finished editing 750 pages of bad English written by native German speakers, and I was totally looking forward to relaxing with some Rifftrax, and now I can't. This is so not fair.)

Are you downloading from your My Files area or from your email? What browser are you using? Sorry I haven't gotten back to your email, there are some other issues we are fixing.

No problem, it's only been a few hours. I'm antsy but not yet demanding.

I'm downloading from the My Files area of the website, using Firefox.

I just emailed you so please check it again :)
