Plants evolve really fast, whenever they want.

Princeton has really great dollhouses.

Amtrak conductors are mostly French policemen.

Hot dogs are nature's perfect food.

You can outrun the wind.

If there's a movie camera in a back seat in New Jersey, then Dante Hicks is driving.  It's pretty much the law.

Actually they didn't, it caught up with them, with no effects whatsoever.

I learned that the toxins killing a large group of people will leave one person unaffected just to witness it.

I learned that mood rings are a science.

I learned that an experienced director can still have no idea what is too close for a close up.

I learned that a science teacher can't tell a plastic plant when he sees one until he touches it.

I learned that 'liking hot dogs' is enough background info to justify a character who is around only to spout out crazy theories.

I learned that some ladies are so crazy, they don't even need cats.

OmegaR!

Its not okay to eyeball someone's lemon drink... Wear shades, then you can look all you want... why does this seem familiar...

oh yeah, and trees hate the French

According to the one girl talking to her mother on the phone:

Calculus kills!!

RVR II

I lernt that All Plants are E-V-I-L and Must Be Destroyed before they Kill Us All!! :speechless:

Tony Farms AKA Puma Man

I learned that the only scary thing about this movie was close-ups of Mark Wahlberg's nostrils.

RobtheBarbarian

I learned that science is lame and for lame people and a lot of times it's just plain useless. Quasimystical bullshitting is where all the smart people spend their tokens.

Rattrap007

Not to eyeball people's lemon drinks and old ladies are bats*** insane!

Princeton is a town

We'll never understand nature so we might as well not bother to try

Mark Wahlberg is a really bad actor

Well they did for a little while, or so the movie implied, what with its industrial fans just off camera.

Guys who love hot dogs for some reason do not drive the oscar meyer weiner mobile. I also learned that this movie had no point whatsoever except to imply that for some unknown reason, plants attacked only the norhteastern US, . I mean, it seems like a very ambiguous and confusing message.

Heh.  That scene got to me too.  If someone came to my door and said "Hey, look, I'm normal!" and started singing "Black Water" to prove it, I'd immediately be convinced to lock all the doors, say nothing, and stay out of sight.
