Yeeesh.  I thought the Torgo-guy was just a beloved cosplayer not a complete and utter nut-case.  But as I understand it, they didn't think his copyright was enforceable but they decided to just not deal with it and just work something out?

Did you see it in the theater? I am referring to the portrayal of Torgo in the theater where they filmed the live show. This torgo:

Yeah. The original broadcast has a skit involving that guy in Torgo gear to hype his intended Manos sequel. They chopped it out of the VOD/DVD version and good riddance to it. Painfully unfunny, as I remembered it.
