Unreal!
Eagles got a fumble and then Bradford not paying attention gives it right back ???
:speechless:

Pretty sure that was on the center, the O line was still getting set and Bradford was looking to the side, didn't look like he was calling for the snap.
Yeah that was it, just the Eagles over all look disheveled :-[

MartyS (Gromit)

Another terrible pass intercepted, looks like it's over.

Philly is going to turn on Chip pretty badly I think, 2 games where all the players he brought in have done zip.   So much for culture and scheme being more important that talent............

RVR II

Another Dallas TD  :grr:

Yeah it looks like it's over :-[

Report: Ndamukong Suh ignored defensive coordinator's calls Sunday

CBS Sports
September 21, 2015 11:13 am ET

When the Miami Dolphins gave Ndamukong Suh the largest contract ever for a defensive player in free agency, it was with the expectation that Suh would elevate the defense from a unit that wound up in the middle of the pack last season to one of the best in the league. Suh would be a monster on the interior and, because he requires so much attention from blockers, free up the rest of the defense to make plays in one-on-one situations.

Two weeks into the season, things have not exactly gone to plan. Only nine teams have allowed more total yards than the Dolphins. The run defense, expected to be a big strength considering the talent along the defensive line and Suh's particular brand of penetration, has been dreadful. Miami is 27th in rush yards allowed through two weeks.

One reason for this, according to a report from Adam Beasley of the Miami Herald, is that Suh has been disregarding play calls from defensive coordinator Kevin Coyle and instead freelancing on his own:

The same could be said for the Dolphins' defense, which is somehow worse with Ndamukong Suh than it was without him in 2014.

A big reason why: Suh, who for the second straight week was a nonfactor, strayed from Kevin Coyle's script.

The Miami Herald has learned that Suh freelanced at times Sunday, creating confusion on the defense. By taking matters into his own hands, the Dolphins' $114 million man took a bad situation and made it worse.

"I couldn't tell you," Suh said, when asked to explain his uninspired play. "At the end of the day, we have to go back to the drawing board and figure out what we want to run so guys can make plays and go from there."

This is a thing that happens on occasion in the NFL whether we hear about it or not, but a massive free agent signing being the one to do it -- and then not making plays when he does -- makes it a slightly bigger issue. It's one thing to break play calls if you're blowing up the other team in the backfield. But if you're putting yourself out of position based on the play call and not making tackles -- which is what's happening with Suh so far this season -- it's time to re-examine some things.
Gets paid all that money and then pulls a Cartman..

RG3 and Kirk Cousins reportedly 'can't even be in the same room'

CBS Sports
September 21, 2015 1:19 pm ET

Things are going a little too well for the Redskins right now. They're 1-1 after thumping the Rams on Sunday and nearly could be 2-0 and tied for the NFC East lead.

How about we dump some cold water on the party, courtesy of Bleacher Report's Jason Cole, who reports quarterbacks Robert Griffin III and Kirk Cousins "don't speak" and "can't even be in the same room" as one another.

"Simply put: they don't talk. They don't speak to each other, they don't communicate, they can't even be in the same room as each other because of the tension that exists between the two sides," Cole says.

Weeeeeeee! It wouldn't be a real Redskins season if there weren't some quarterback dysfunction percolating in the public sphere.

Why is this happening now? And who is behind it? You would think it comes from RG3's camp, but Cole's sources lit into the former No. 2 overall pick, now turned backup.

"The problem here for RG3 is this is a reflection on him. It's a continuation of a pattern where he simply doesn't get along with teammates," Cole says. "He's had problems with offensive linemen in the past, he's had problems with coaching staffs in the past. In other words, he has isolated himself from the rest of the team. That, to many people within the Washington organization, is an indication of his lack of leadership ability and his ultimate inability to become the starting quarterback and hold that position."

The leadership thing is going to be questioned. There's no tangible proof of RG3 lacking leadership. And Cousins previously praised Griffin for being incredibly professional about the whole process.

The good news for Washington? If the Redskins keep winning with Cousins under center, all of this will go away. Or should anyway.

Report: Saints QB Drew Brees likely to miss games with shoulder injury

FOX Sports
Sep 21, 2015 at 4:58p ET

The Drew Brees-Sean Payton pairing has been a dynamic duo for years, but it certainly appears that it

The Saints have started out 0-2 this season.

The New Orleans Saints could be without their franchise quarterback for quite some time.

Quarterback Drew Brees has a shoulder injury that will likely cause him to miss games, NFL Media's Ian Rapoport reported.

Backup quarterback Luke McCown would likely start in place of Brees against the Carolina Panthers in Week 3 if he's not available to go.

Brees, who complained of some arm discomfort after Sunday's game, isn't scheduled to speak with the media until Wednesday. .

The Saints have started out 0-2 this season.

Vikings not budging on mascot's demand for a 10-year, $1.6M contract

CBS Sports
September 22, 2015 11:43 am ET

Can you imagine getting paid $20,000 to dress up in a ridiculous costume and act like a drunken fool at a football game? Vikings mascot Ragnar can.

According to the Associated Press, Ragner and the team broke off negotiations after the mascot demanded a 10-year contract that would pay him 20 grand per game.

For the non-math majors out there, eight home games at $20,000 over the course of 10 years would be $1.6 million.

Talk about overestimating your market value.

Ragnar is a dude in a costume who rides a bike and acts crazy. He's beloved by fans and probably the team too, but he's just out of his element in these negotiations.

Yet somehow he thinks him not being at games is "not by my choice" as he wrote on Facebook.

"It doesn't feel right sitting at home," the Facebook message read. "This is not by my choice.I don't make those decisions..At this point it was made for me. I miss all my fans and your support .let's all stay positive as we move forward."

Sounds like the Vikings are moving forward without Ragnar.

"The Vikings greatly appreciate what Ragnar has meant to the organization and to the fans over the last two decades," the team said. "We intend to honor his 21 seasons on the field during a 2015 Vikings home game and we will welcome him to future ceremonial events. We will always consider Ragnar an important part of Vikings history."

There is nothing better than a one-sided, delusional mascot holdout.

Report: Cowboys trade for Bills QB Matt Cassel

USA TODAY Sports

The Dallas Cowboys have traded for Buffalo Bills quarterback Matt Cassel, according to NFL insider Ian Rapoport. The Cowboys and Bills will be swapping late-round picks in the 2017 NFL Draft to complete the trade, per NFL Network's Albert Breer.

The trade came on Tuesday after the Cowboys brought up practice squad quarterback Kellen Moore to the 53-man roster. The Cowboys will now have two quarterbacks behind new starter Brandon Weeden.

This news is all a result of starting quarterback Tony Romo hitting the short-term IR with a fractured left clavicle. Romo is expected to be out for eight weeks.

Cassel was the backup to quarterback Tyrod Taylor on the Bills. The 6-4, 238-pound QB once filled in for Patriots quarterback Tom Brady when he went down with a knee injury in 2008. Cassel threw for 3,693 yards and 21 touchdowns that year. In 2010 with the Chiefs, Cassel threw for 3,116 yards and 27 touchdowns to 11 interceptions — his best season in the NFL.

No further details on who the Cowboys traded to acquire Cassel have been released.

Report: NFL might only allow one team to move to Los Angeles

CBSSports.com
September 23, 2015 4:44 pm ET

When the NFL finally decides who's moving to Los Angeles, there could be two teams left out in the cold instead of one.

According to Pro Football Talk, the NFL is viewing LA as a possible one-team town.

"Per a league source with knowledge of the situation, the NFL may ultimately move only one team to Los Angeles," PFT reports.

The thought process is that since LA hasn't had a team for over 20 years, throwing two teams into the city might overwhelm the market and make it impossible for either of them to "reconnect" with Los Angeles.

If the NFL only wants one team in LA, then the the big losers here would seem to be the Raiders and Chargers, since they're planning to make the move as part of a two-team package in Carson, Calif.

On the other hand, the Rams would seem to be well-positioned if the NFL goes with one team since owner Stan Kroenke already has the ball rolling on a privately financed stadium in Inglewood.

Kroenke also has the support of Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, which CBS Sports NFL Insider Jason La Canfora wrote about earlier this month.

The problem for the Rams is that the team would need 24 owners to cast an approval vote on their potential move to LA, meaning Chargers owner Dean Spanos and Raiders owner Mark Davis would only need to convince seven other owners to vote against the plan.

Whatever's going to happen, the NFL seems to be inching closer to making a decision. This week, the league formed a Committee on Los Angeles Opportunities to help decide who's going to move where.

The new committee -- which includes Steelers owner Art Rooney II, Patriots owner Robert Kraft, Panthers owner Jerry Richardson, Chiefs owner Clark Hunt, Texans owner Bob McNair, and Giants co-owner John Mara -- will be taking a more "prominent role" in the LA proceedings over the next few weeks, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The next big movement in regards to Los Angeles could come on Oct. 6-7 when the NFL is scheduled to hold its fall league meeting in New York.
