I learned that I have no clue what "INT-Check" means.  :speechless:

It stands for "Intelligence Check".  Basically any time you need to do anything in an RPG that requires your INT stat, you roll for that.

I learned that this was a movie that Basil Rathbone probably listed near the bottom of his resume (or CV if you are generally outside of the US) and in small type.

I learned it's a good idea to spend a good chunk of your movie explaining how various magic items work only to have those magic items neutered part-way through the adventures.

I learned the wielders of dark magic, but who don't seem to use it for evil seem to use it for more trivial things like opening curtains and armories.

I learned the sexagenarian witches can have quite the rack!

I learned that princesses are mostly okay with men they've never met or heard of rescuing them.

I learned that it's okay to spy on women using magic.

I learned I need a co-joined-twin henchperson(s) to keep the place clean.

I learned I don't get quite as much enjoyment out of these '60s fantasy movies as I do the 80s/90s horror/suspense movies, but that the women in them are quite better looking.... Even the older women!

I learned you don't see any more of the lovely Anne Helm in the uncut version, and that makes me sad.

I also learned that Lodak was undoubtedly evil because he fed Playboy's Miss November 1957 to a stop-motion dragon.

'L', 'R', basically the same thing. We are in Japan, right?

I learned that MKB are perfectly okay with using the word "shit" when riffing a movie with no nudity or profanity. But when riffing something like Stone Cold, which has plenty of both, they bleep it out. I can understand them censoring the more profane words, but "shit" is so mild by comparison that bleeping it out just feels absurd.

Here's to hoping future riffs will follow the suit of The Magic Sword.

Agreed, the bleeping really hurts the jokes for me

I learned that a boy's stepmother getting one magic spell word wrong can ruin the ENTIRETY of her stepson's magical abilities, and with it, those of his entire freaking retinue of mixed European knights.

Learned Lodak's dragon must be a metaphor: he never feeds the dragon anything but pretty little girls. Apparently, their appearane makes a difference in their supposed food value. You'd think he'd be wanting to find the fat ones, if they were going to be DRAGON FOOD. But methinks 'dragon food' is a metaphor/euphemism for 'object of Lodak's nonconsensual lust.' Ewwww.

Definitely. It seems really arbitrary. Is there some reason that 'shit' or 'bullshit' gets bleeped out of one riff and not another, or is it totally random?
