And I'm drinkin' just as fast as I can...

Yeah, what was I thinking? Screw the water - stock up on bottle-conditioned ales, wine, and liquor. End of the World Party!

I'd like to point out that you can find a myriad of really bad Chjristianity oriented movies in your local Wal-Mart's bargain DVd bin. I believe it's the Left Behind series, one of them starring Mr. T. Also check out this webpage for more examples of horrendous Godsploitation:

Let's just call it a truce and say that no religion is safe from Bad Movie filmmakers, be it Paganism or Christianity.
Being a genocidal maniac is not one of my turn ons.

Is it weird to hear the Safety Dance in my head watching Game of Thrones?

On the contrary, I think it's safe to say that religions seemed perfectly safe and unaffected by bad authors and filmmakers until that hack, Dan Brown, cranked out his, admittedly decent, book and it suddenly became trendy to believe what was once considered blasphemy, and has been thoroughly discredited.

I only read the first few pages of DaVinci Code and I couldn't continue with it. Just as the Wicker Man remake is an affront to Pagans, so id the DaVinci Code to me.

You mean... that really isn't what pagans do? They don't don animal masks and skins, paint half their face blue and the other half white and burn guys inside giant wicker effigies?

Yeah, it's pretty much just Randy's coven that does that. Most other pagans are harmless.  ;D
