How about the torture. I mean there were thousands of things to do with his balls, namely electrocution.

But the big torture scene was essentially football in the crotch.

Well, he did say that he was going for simple, and if you've EVER been kicked in the nuts, it's something the audience can relate to.  I think the whole point of the scene is that the torture was not at all elaborate.

Yes, if you've ever been kicked in the nuts, you automatically give up your debit cards pin number...   


Oh another one, M threatening Bond with death for saying her name. Come on.

Now I know the rebuttal will be, "Well that's the point. No one is suppose to know M's name. M is sacred."

So there. I just saved you the trouble of typing.

Although I like his line about M not being a title, cause in the original books it never was. Neither was Q.

Actually, the part where they inject the thing into his arm and he reacts with a really nonchalant 'ouch.' would probably work.

How about Bond sucking on Vesper's fingers in the shower.  Taken out of context that's pretty ridiculous... and in context now that I think about it.

Did anyone really find Bond smashing through the wall that weird until the RiffTrax preview? I got a giggle out of in the theater, but we've turned an insignificant stunt into this huge defining moment for the film. Weird.

I didn't even watch the preview for this one.   The two things I remembered from the movie a few weeks after seeing it in the theater were the wall and the bull rope and bottomless chair.  Maybe the stinger should be Bond saying "the whole world will know you died scratching my balls" or whatever the direct quote was.

I remember the wall because it seemed to be just so...easy.  The bad guy pulls off a trick of incredible agility and athleticism to fit through a small hole in a wall, while Bond just takes advantage of the fragility of dry wall and just crashes through.  I thought of it as being akin to Indiana Jones shooting the guy in Raiders.

Actually, it reminded me more of a gag from an early episode of Ed, Edd, and Eddy: the Eds are chasing Johnny when they reach a fence with a door: Eddy jumps over the fence, Edd opens then closes the door and Ed looks confused for a while then squeezes through the keyhole.
