He's been working on the Aquabats Supershow as well.  One episode last season had a carnival villain (named Carl) who looked & sounded like Strongbad.

Lots of fun extras in this one.

Oh, and if I had to guess the silhouettes for this year.  Here are some guesses I have for some:

Strong Mad - OK, his pony tail gives some clues.  I'm going to say Shazzan, the Genie from the Hanna Barbera cartoons.

The Cheat - This one is driving me nuts, as his shadow has the most detail.  OK, someone with a ray gun and short spikey hair.  I feel like I should know it.
Marzipan - I think she might be the Mecha-Maid from Spaceballs... except she doesn't have a point crown.  Is there another famous vacuum user?
the KoT looks like he might be in samurai armor.  The cables and wires samurai from Brazil, perhaps?
