Great show but.... I didn't see my name in the credits.

Loved the rifftrax but I was just a little disappointed that my name wasn't on the credits. In fact.the whole section of my donor area seemed to be missing.  There was 310 of us the donated in that range.  Did anybody else have that issue?

Same here. Supported at the $125 level and the "thank you" names went from $200 to $100. The entire $125 level seemed to be left out. Disappointing to say the least.

OK, I thought they jumped from $200 to $100.  So I didn't miss my name while looking at what was going on in the background...

Same here, it's not a huge deal but I was excited to see my name for the $125 level and that never happened. Can anyone tell us what happened?

Having paid $125, I had my heart set on seeing my name on the big screen.  On a side note, the sound level of the sound effects was so loud, I ended up not hearing half the jokes. 

I've been to every single Rifftrax:Live event & I must say this was the only time I left the theater disappointed.

Got an email tonight that said the following:

"RiffTrax: Mike, Bill & Kevin says:
Dear $125 Backers: We have just discovered that a bunch of the $125 backers did not have their names in the credits. This was a complete goof on our part, and we apologize for it. We're aware of the problem and are going to do our best to make it right by you folks who didn't get what you expected. We'll be in touch by Monday. - Bill, Mike and Kevin"

For myself the apology does just fine and is all I need, but I wouldn't say no to a free Rifftrax.
I had brought some friends with me to the show and we all had a great time. When it came time to see my name listed as one of the backers and that didn't happened we were understandably disappointed, as that was a cool thing we were looking forward too.

I have a feeling you guys are going to get a lot more than a free Rifftrax.  And good on them for quickly acknowledging it and working to make it right.

The guys did offer way more than they had to.

Our names will be in the credits of the rebroadcast September 12th.  And they will do some kind of thank you during the next live show in October.

Some kind of conference call thingy.

And free tickets to the rebroadcast 9/12, that is unexpected, since it's going to cost them more than a free Rifftrax.  I won't be taking them up on that offer, if I go to the rebroadcast I probably will not make the decision until last minute.

The theaters will be slightly different for the rebroadcast, so we will not know where it's playing until the tickets go on sale.

Everybody who got their names accidentally left off should have their names read during the nude scenes in the upcoming studio riff of Starship Troopers. BAM!
