2. the next poster has to name who the person is and what state you are from

3.  poster with the correct answer does the same


tips:

if you already know what state the poster is from, let somebody else have a guess

try to make the celebrity as local and obscure as possible (ex: If you live in New Jersey, don't post a picture of Bruce Springsteen. He's world famous.)

If you're not from the USA, go ahead and post a famous person from anywhere in your country. (You gotta go easy on us self-important Americans)

give hints if no one can get it
