NHL 2013 Season!

So as we head in to the last month of the regular season, I just wanted to get some hockey talk going.  Pretty much the only time I'm not watching Rifftrax these days is when my Penguins are playing.  Go Pens!    I know I'm not the only Penguins fan on the boards, but what do the rest of you think?  Since they got Iginla, are they the most hated team in the league?  Who's getting the cup this year?

That is because the NHL does not care about the quality of games, player safety or anything.   They just want fans' money.

Yeah, really not sure how I feel about this.  One of the things that made the Winter Classic so great was it only happened once a year.  So I felt like I had to watch it no matter who was playing.  Now, this is just diluting that awesomeness.  I hope they come to their senses, but you know every one of those games will sell out, so probably not.

After watching Toronto's goaltender last night, I just don't see them winning that series.  I had originally picked them too, but now I'm not so sure.  Definitely excited to see how Washington/New York goes.  Anyway, Penguins all the way, baby.

After watching this hit multiple times, I don't think Gryba meant to do the damage that was done.  Looks like Eller kinda put his head down right at the moment of contact so it took the full force of the shoulder blow.  I'm just wondering if it looked worse than it was, because any time you have a facial injury, blood tends to just pour out.  You see guys get hit in the face with a puck, blood shoots out, and they're back 10 minutes later with 5 stitches.
