That Tourist Trap was just as bad as I remember it, but I'd forgotten how attractive Tanya Roberts was.

I think Chuck made a plaster cast of his victim, then made a low-melting-point polymer cast of that. At least, that's what it seemed like he was about to do during the basement party.

That you can always figure out how close you are to the end of a horror movie just by counting the survivors.  No wait, I already knew that FROM EVERY OTHER HORROR MOVIE EVER.

That this movie sucked, but it's still better than most horror movies because the badguy lost in the end.

If you can telekinetically control mannequins (for no apparent reason) and make those telekinetically controlled mannequins look and act exactly like humans (somehow), anything is possible.

It might have been a passable movie if they'd set up some rules for this guy and his weird powers.  Like how did he get them?  What were the limitations?  How are they applied?  Instead it just felt like a cheap cop-out, like saying "A wizard did it.  Whenever that weird stuff happens, it's because a wizard did it."

He got his powers the same way Merlin got magic: He's an inbred hermit near a body of water with a magical woman in a lake. Where does he get all that plaster and wax from if he never leaves his property except to go to the gas station to kidnap more future wax friends?
