We always learn something in these movies, what things did this one, ahem, teach us?

eegah

If you it speed up, Torgo's Theme works as ominous horror movie music

The evil crazy guy has the ability to teleport into bodies of water

We were reminded why Tanya Roberts is a star, and why we are ok with that

Chuck Connors has a face that someone would be jealous of

Lembach

I learned that telekinetically moving a mannequin seals all its joints and instantly gives it lifelike human skin and muscle-tone.

ManUnderMask

It's possible for Dr. Pepper to become even more refreshing.
I survived the San Diego Comic Con 2010 Hall H stabbing.

Right now I'm finding out my DVD-burning software sucks and has thus-far cost me four DVDs and lots of time on the internet and in forums to figure out what the ************ problem is.

Tony Farms AKA Puma Man

I learned you can apparently rip off Leatherface in almost every way imaginable and not get sued.

I learned that it's fun and sort of sexy to go skinny-dipping in a body of water that is obviously an aerated basin.

... that buxom women in tube tops and Daisy Dukes don't live as long as they should in creepy horror movies.

... that you can just give your lead villain telekinetic powers and never have to bother explaining them.

... that you can just give your lead villain the ability to turn people into inanimate objects and never have to bother explaining it.

Heck. just give your villain infinite "Get out of Jail Free!"/"Deus ex machina" cards and categorize it under "the villain is supposed to be more powerful than the hero(s) because of drama!" and call it good.

TriffRax

I learned that David Schmoeller has massive issues with women.

In the realm of disturbed-men-tying-up-women movies, I'd take Mickey Hargitay's masked avenger (Bloody Pit of Horror) over Chuck Connors any day. Mickey dressed nicely, and you just know he was wearing cologne. Chuck was, well, you can pretty much figure that out for yourself.
WARNING: In case of Rapture, this dance belt will be unoccupied.

Mark A. Siefert

I learned that Chuck Connors was Jigsaw's big brother.
Later,
Mark A. Siefert

"Well Mike, I guess it's just a magical land... I HATE MAGICAL LANDS!"

Crow T. Robot,
MST3k, "Jack Frost"

Uh, you know that stuff Mickey was rubbing on his body?--it wasn't cologne.

Oh, sure, with my luck it's Absorbene Jr. or Tucks.

"Guys? That's not cheese!"

That Tourist Trap was just as bad as I remember it, but I'd forgotten how attractive Tanya Roberts was.
