I'm saddest about missing the Norman short since I've watched the MP3 Birdemic.

Hopefully they'll do non-live versions of both Norman's in the next batch (heh, I said batch) of shorts they riff. HINT, HINT....

Apparently some actors from the movie were in the crowd at the Belcourt.  The guys gave them a shout out before the movie started and apologized for what was to come.

Were they at the Belcourt?! I merely got the impression that they just knew actors would be watching from somewhere in theaters around the country.... but whatever. I'm mostly curious about which actors watched.  I'd also love to hear what they thought of it.
...and there he was, reigning supreme at number two.  The One... The Only... The Unabeefer.

Oh, and I'd also love to see Whitney Moore in the nude. For the record.

The "Shout-Out" seemed to just be in general to any of the actors/people involved in the movie who may be watching the event in a theater in the nation somewhere.  I didn't get the impression anyone involved was actually in the theater, I'm also sure they've seen or heard of the riffs on the movie by now as well.

I think she looks great in those underwears.  Really her in the boyshorts/thong is a real highlight of the movie.

JimJ

Oh, I must have misinterpreted that.  I thought they said they were there.

At least we got to see Norman in the nude.  All lathered up too.

Unnnnngh.

Okay, it's official: I"m now down on my knees begging for an encore.

Since it's been so long since they're released a short I'm sort of surprised the Manos Norman short hasn't become available, heck the Birdemic Norman short isn't even part of the rather weak digital goodies for going to BdMc.   Anyway, I suspect both Norman shorts will be available sooner or later via download.

Woo! AWESOME show. Sides are still healing from being split.

I was talking with Tyrant before the show about how great it would be to see more of Norman during the show. I think I must have wished on a Monkey's Paw when I said that...

Just got home from the Greenwood Plaza show in Denver.  Laughed my butt off watching another awesome performance by the boys, and a pleasant surprise seeing "Norman" in action again!  Unnnnngh!

Didn't catch the link for the Rifftrax goodies, tho.  Can anyone pass it along?

What is Norman's last name? Isn't his wife's name Mildred?

Ah, dang it, I can't remember.  I would make an "Unnngh" joke here, but...oh, right, I just did.  Never mind.

Middling-sized, but good crowd at this in the Livonia, MI area.  I went into this cold...I knew Birdemic was legendarily bad, but I didn't know just how bad.  But I love how after 45-50 minutes of no Birdemic at all, the town is visited by five solid minutes of pure silence, followed by hell erupting everywhere in the world simultaneously at...what, 6:43 precisely?

Also, it would be awesome if a children's show ended with a mountain lion roar, at which point the host says, "Oop, there's a mountain lion.  That means we have to wrap things up for another day!"
One Man Band Riffs.  18 riffs, over 600 served, since 2009.

It wasn't the biggest crowd I've seen at the Muskegon, MI showing. Manos probably had about half again as many people there.

I had a good time, but I had more fun at Manos.
I used to have an image here, but Photobucket got cheap about remote linking. I guess I'll have to think of something witty instead. Which I will. Later. It caught me by surprise, in all honesty. It's hard to be clever on command, I mean, YOU try it. Be funny: NOW! See, tough. So, gimme a bit, 'kay?

Keighvin

I believe his last name was Krasner or something like that.

Packed in Union Square NYC half an hour before it started. It was great!

I also missed this at the end. Part of it was "treehugger" I think. Anyone else have the rest?
