The Galaxy Invader - Now Available!

[Bob]

This occurred to me when it came out but never made a mention of it..
aren't a couple of the (loosely described) actors also in CT's 'The Alien Factor??

The professor as the mayor in TAF
The goofy son as the dummy doctor in TAF

Well, Martin Scorcese has his stable of actors and so does this guy!

I just have to ask, is this the movie they stole scenes from for the opening credits of The Pod People?

yes indeed it is..

I just noticed this re-watching Pod People, and was thinking, gee whiz, there's not a bit of connection between the two of them.  Except that the aliens in Galaxy Invader had "pods" to operate their guns.  Did some mighty stupid producer(s) mistake one for the other and give each the wrong title?

The aliens in the two movies don't look a bit alike.
