Copy of Avatar

I taped Avatar off of Showtime HD (so it's digital) onto my VCR in SLP mode.  How can I get RiffPlayer to sync that up to make watching it easier?

Well since the RiffPlayer can't communicate with your VCR it can't help you. You would have to go the straight MP3/IPOD follow-the-instructions-at-the-beginning-of-the-Rifftrax route.
