Really? Man, I guess you like live shows. I'm an hour away and it isn't worth it.

I drove 16 hours for the very first RiffTrax Live in SF and this happened after:

Totally worth it!

If that is you in the middle I have to say you look like an extra from All Creatures great and Small.  I'm sorry but you look like you would fit right in as one of the farmers who had a sick cow or something like that.

My buddy Peter posted this yesterday just to taunt me (I assume).

I SO WANT TO GO! It's not fair!  OK! With some savings, a plan, some bookings and a passport I think I could at least try to pull something together...Ooh! I wanna go! I can't believe you met them!
Don't make me shoot you! CROOOOOOOW!

Those photos are indeed awesome. I'm not a drinker, but I would ABSOLUTELY hang out with those guys.

Question: how much do the Fathom shows typically cost? I'm trying to dig up info on the screenings in Western New York (that'd be Rochester/Buffalo), as it turns out the theatre I used to work at has run all three of the live shows. Anyone here from that area who's gone? An internet search turned up nothing regarding prices.

A buddy's getting married the week after Manos, and has expressed interest in going. Figure there'll be a few MSTies I know who are interested as well.

Well the one theater that has them in Delaware charges $12.50 per ticket I think.

Question for anybody who's seen a Nashville show with the guys.  Do they come out at all beforehand or stay on stage afterwards?

I'm just curious because I once saw a Dennis Miller show live back when he was on HBO and he didn't appear on stage until they rolled tape and he BOUNCED as soon as the show was over.  So I didn't see anything beyond what I'd have seen watching it on TV.  Just trying to figure out if it's worth making the trip to Nashville for once.

Yeah, how much does it cost?! The actual live show I mean.  I wanna meet the guys so much and I'm also not a drinker...I legally couldn't drink if I went there so luckily I don't at all.  I wanna go so much!

Usually about the same as a regular adult movie ticket. Maybe a buck or two more.

The "actual" live show in Nashville? That will probably be in the $25-26 range. Not sure what it was last year. Simulcast shows in national theater chains will probably be $12.50 again (the national price is set by Fathom). We'll have national ticketing details soon enough.

MontyServo

Any confirmation or denial of any special guest involvement this time?  Specifically Alton Brown's participation as has been hinted at on Twitter.

Holy crap, the Nashville tickets are sold out already.

Well, that's for the best, since I can't actually afford the road trip I was thinking of taking to see it.

Crap, I had my heart set on doing the Nashville show this time around.

Also, I rewatched the MST3K riff of Manos the other day and was surprised that it was only about a 7 or 8.  For instance, a lot of times they resorted to just shouting out "Manos!" and random intervals. I think our highly polished and refined Rifftrax team is going to do a much better job.

Having said that, the moment where they were singing "row your boat" and had the dog join in with a dog voice really, REALLY cracked me up. LMFAO

What you said.

My friend Peter got a ticket to the show which I'm sure he will taunt me about.
