Legend Films should have contacted that guy and helped him finish the remaster.  Then they could collaborate on a Blu Ray release with the new Rifftrax commentary added.

I only know of the one by the guy who raised the money.  I think he has a blog that has been showing frame capture from a workprint that he found.
