If you really want to set it further in the future, make it a robot that walks upright and can give a woman head.

Since most robots are currently designed by men (especially in Japan), that WILL be a ways off...

Proof that girls have no idea how guys think. a robot getting off a girl would be hot, therefore some guy will want to see it, so it cant be all that far off.

Good point. However, some guy would be more than happy to hire a woman to ACT like she's being gotten off, just so he can watch. This is the entire principle behind so-called "lesbian" porn that's made for a male audience.
