if this is a substitution puzzle rather than an anagram, i would say figuring out OENEE would be the key.  dont really know any words that would follow that patter other than RENEE but i'm sure its not that

An interesting thought.  It seems like an anagram to me, simply because the word EXPERIMENT appears among the letters, but a cryptogram is a possibility.
