Worst James Bond movie?

Those were goofy, to be sure, but they had their good points.  But anything even potentially good in Die Another Day is outweighed by Halle Berry.

To resurrect this poll, I say it's Die Another Day.  The dude with the diamonds in his face, the Korean dude changing into a British dude, the invisible car, and Mr. Kill I can deal with.  It's Halle Berry that really drags the movie down.  I still don't get the appeal of her.  Maybe I just haven't seen the movies where she's really good and gives a really believable, muli-layered performance, but I kinda doubt that's the case.

Have you seen Moonraker?  Or Diamonds are Forever?

...what was Moonraker's good point?  Was it when Jaws falls in love?  Maybe the disco-laser-shootout in space?  The coma-inducing title song?

I'm not saying Die Another Day is a masterpiece; the intro song is atrociously bad, and lots of it is, to use your terminology, "goofy."  But it's certainly got a good Bond pedigree behind its asinine elements, and it always kind of bugs me when people pretend that this happened ex nihilo.

What was good about Moonraker?  Well... there's Roger Moore.  And... Roger Moore... I don't know, I'll have to find it again.  I think the main thing that bugs me about Die Another Day is that everyone says Halle Berry is the only thing that's good about the movie, when in my opinion she is the worst thing in it.  The movie doesn't really start to get ridiculous until after she shows up.  Is it a fallacy then to blame the movie's ridiculousness on her?  Well yes, but I don't care.  I blame her anyway.

Jaws is always pretty cool, and add that to the fact that he found a virtual rarity, a very
nerdy, busty beautiful blonde girl as a love interest was pretty awesome.

And let's not forget the best line in all of Bond where they discover Bond and Doctor
Goodhead making love on board one of the space shuttles, M says "What the
hell is he doing!?" and Q, not seeing what's going on onscreen says "I believe
he's attempting re-entry sir."

I just didn't like it as much. Its an alright film, but I guess it just doesn't feel like James Bond to me. I prefer the Connery/Moore films above all I think.
