Formats

Whenever I've purchased VOD before, I always download the .mp4 version for my iPod (which is the Nano 3rd gen version - I know, I need to update when I get the funds to do so). Anyhoo, I was quite disappointed when I downloaded the .mp4 version for this film, attempted to load it onto my iPod, and was told that it wasn't compatible.

This is the first time this has happened, but I'm wondering if this is the way it's going to be from now on. Will the .mp4 formats only be for the iPad and/or newer iPods?

I liked it when the formats were put on the riff description page. It seems like that stopped being done a while ago. Any chance that could be brought back?

Try the m4v (it should actually be labelled _iPod) I made it to the standards of the older generation.

There isn't one labeled m4v or iPod. There are

• DivX
• iso
• mpg
• wmv
• mp4 (which specifically has iPad in front of .mp4)
• mp3

I'm pretty much at a loss when it comes to watching this on my iPod, which is what I do most of the time for RiffTrax.

Email support@rifftrax.com and ask to have it added to your account. I just bought mine and I have that file. Maybe it was added or was being uploaded when you bought yours.

Thank you so much for that info! I just sent and email and will hopefully have that format on my account as well.
