Files Won't Finish Downloading

I've recently got the "Reefer Madness" Live show VODs, but none of the files will download completely. They get to anywhere from 5% to 75%, and then just stop for no reason.

I've downloaded every file type at least once, I've tried downloading with Google Chrome and Firefox, I've turned my computer and my internet on-and-off again, and these files are still refusing to download in their entirety. Download managers also don't seem to work either. I right click on the link, select "Copy link address" and try to use the downloader, but it either refuses to accept that there's a file to download via that link, or tells me that the file is offline.

Apparently, a few people had the same problem with "The Crater Lake Monster" VOD too. What's going on, and how can I finally get 100% of these files?

Doctor Who?

Have you tried cleaning out your cash?  That sometimes works for me.

Shut up the computer down last night, retried downloading the files this morning and they worked perfectly. As Doctor Who? suggests, it must've been something to with the cache/cookies, etc. Have got it now though; I guess the answer is to just clean up your computer and try again later :)

Doctor Who?

Yeah 9 times out of 10 when I have trouble downloading something that fixes it.

Glad you got it working, not sure why it wouldn't finish for you. Generally those issues are network-related. Our files are now served from Amazon S3, and their servers are a hell of a lot better at serving files than ours were. That's why when anyone has problems, in most cases the problem lies in the network connection between them and Amazon, not Amazon itself.
