The Belcourt in Nashville!

Does anyone know typical protocol for going to the live taping at the Belcourt in Nashville?  This is my first time to see them live-live.  How long before the taping do people typically start showing up?  I want a good seat...but I am also taking an uninitiated friend and I know she's not going to want to wait outside for two hours before they even open the doors... 

Also, does anyone know if they hang out after the show to sign autographs and meet fans?

If I was going I would wait for a couple of hours to get good seats in a GA style setting. I was going to go to this one I just can't line up the time off this go around.

I went to the first two live shows they ever did in San Francisco and after the first show they hung around and took pictures and signed stuff. They second show they did not.

Luckily I got to tag along to the after show party:

I believe they do hang out at the Nashville shows.. I haven't gotten to go to one myself but IIRC that's what others have said.

Optimally, this would involve A) bacon, B) free use of your basement recording studio, C) a massive DVD/Blu-Ray library of goofy films, and D) er, more bacon.

I may be leaving something out, possibly food-related.

Bacon, beer, movies, and more bacon--check, check, check, and more check.  ...It's the recording studio that's going to be the problem.  I'm guessing a microphone plugged into a laptop just isn't going to cut it!

Saw the show live in nashville.  It was pretty good.  Actually saw Kevin Murphy outside the theater and told him i was a big fan and that they put on a great show.  He said thanks, but seemed put off or a little annoyed and it made me feel like crap.

I was at the Belcourt with my brother last night. Great show! The two Tom Servo's in the audience only added to the atmosphere.
