Getting it back on track...

You know what, if you're gonna do cartoons then this thread is gonna go on forever.  Pretty much every Hanna-Barbara character was directly ripped off from something else.  A lot of the budget cartoon companies did the same thing.

awesome parody not sure that counts, but

there's always this

euphoria

I just noticed this one yesterday when I was looking at reviews for The Prestige.  (I just finished the book, which was excellent; now I'm anxious to rent the movie.)

euphoria

It would help if I put the right stuff here!  :-[  Anyway, this is Christian Bale and Anthony Perkins.  Not separated at birth, but perhaps...reincarnation???  ::cue eerie music::

Maybe its just me but christan bale reminds me of Nich Lachey in that picture you posted.

All Spider-Man theme:

Peter Parker                       Likely replacement Peter Jake Gyllenhaal

Mary Jane                          Jake's sister Maggie Gyllenhaal

Weird.

Dane Cook and Jim Carrey (+monkey)

Dane wishes he had Jim Carrey's creativity!!

Jim Carrey wishes he had half the creativity that people give him credit for.

Would you have ever thought to bend over and pretend to talk out of your ass? I think not. Jim Carrey is obviously a comedic genius.  ::)

You've got a point, there. Even if I had, I doubt I'd have been creative enough to put in the same performance for my next three dozen* otherwise-unrelated films.

Not to mention brave enough to demand millions more for each subsequent film featuring identical brilliant anal performances.

As long as you acknowledge that getting paid only happens if people actually "see" the film, be it on the cinema screen or the home screen. Obviously enough people saw it and liked it, otherwise Carrey would be another no-name comedian putting out bad movies.
