I think I would choose Uhura's stupid gaze near the end where the riff is "Where do I look? Over here? Okay...". That glazed-over look is so telling.

I would chalk that up to a translation error. What they probably heard in Klingon was "Apart from a case of droopy Old Man Balls..."
