You shouldn't have any problem getting in. The show isn't rated, but it would probably be something like PG-13 if it was. Besides, House on Haunted Hill is a lot tamer than something like Saw.

The theater I went to for Madness had it listed as [R], which I frankly thought was silly, but they let me in without asking for ID despite looking really young, so hopefully you won't have trouble.

There is no rating for the showings, so there should not be any problem at any theater.  We've never heard of anyone that couldn't get in.
