Plan Nine files missing

[ozman69]

Was in the mood to rewatch Plan 9 From Outer Space (3 riffers VOD version) tonight but don't have that one on my laptop upstairs.  I am far too lazy to walk downstairs and download it to a thumbdrive from my main computer and then walk all the way back up here to my bedroom.  Besides, I'm already in my pajama's (that would be slang for birthday suit) and don't feel like scaring (or scarring) the kids (or wife for that matter).

So, I figured I'd just redownload the files from my account here but then I noticed that they weren't listed in the "my files" section of the site.  I have Plan 9 goodies (The Flying Stewardesses) but no actual Plan 9.  I even went to the Plan 9 page and clicked the "You own this" link but nothing happens.  So, I was wondering... has this one been removed or something?  Guess I'll rewatch Planet of the Dinosaurs before I chuck (that's my favorite beef roast) in the towel and call it a night.

edit:  ack... now I'm getting "The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." on all other files.

Yeah, the site is down for a little bit. There is a hardware issue that the server guys are dealing with right now. Sorry for that.

I'm sure the files are there. When the site comes back, make sure you double check your "Filter this list" settings.

Still a no go.  Granted, I have the files on my main computer so I don't really need access to the download at this time (but I might in the future... who know's?)  The files don't show up under "my files" even with the filter showing everything.  If I go to the main page and click through all of the "P" RiffTraxs the VOD version doesn't even show (which is the version I have).  However, if I search for the word Plan it shows it but the link to download the files isn't a link.  So, just giving a heads up that there is something wrong with that file.

edit:  Here is the link to the version I have that doesn't have a functioning link:  http://www.rifftrax.com/ondemand/plan-9-three-riffers-vod

I'm having the same problem with the three riffers version of Plan 9 being missing from my files...and when I click on "view product", that page tells me I already have the file but the link to download doesn't work.

[Edit] Already fixed, thanks! ^_^
