File missing from "My Files"

I might be missing something but I'm having a problem with the My Files section of the website. (http://www.rifftrax.com/myfiles)

Even with all the filter options on I don't see any individual movie riffs.  I only see shorts, riff sets (movie+sequels, movie franchises), live show goodies, and feature length downloads.  For example, I just purchased the Lord of the Rings: Return of the King riff but it doesn't appear on the My Files page.

The only place I can find all my files is to go to the Purchased Files section (http://www.rifftrax.com/user/11715/purchased-files) which doesn't support filtering.

What's going on?

I had the same issue today when I bought Return of the King.  It didn't show up at all under "My Files", but its right at the top of the"Purchased Files" page.
